- Our mission is to assist and guide you effectively towards a successful relocation to your chosen city in Bulgaria. We will help you navigate the bureaucratic processes involved in dealing with Bulgarian institutions and organizations, in accordance with your requirements and the available options.
- Full disclosure: with all our will and intentions to help, we cannot guarantee 100% success at every stage included in your relocation to Bulgaria, since there is a dependence on external factors over which we have no control. Also, in many cases we depend on changing factors about which the publication is not always available, and if available, then it is not always released to the public's attention in time.

- Payment for our services will be in advance.
- In accordance with the requirements of the law - we commit to confidentiality and maintaining the privacy of your information.
- Online counseling session: The counseling session will take place via Zoom or WhatsApp. Payment will be made in advance using Google Pay or PayPal. Duration of the counseling session is one hour. The cost of the meeting is 100€. Extending the session involves an additional fee of 40€ for each additional half hour or part thereof.
- Cancellation of the meeting and refund up to 24 hours before the time set for the meeting. Please arrive at the meeting on time.
- It is recommended to prepare a list of questions and examples before the online counseling session. For example: How do you manage on public transport? What travel tickets are available? Where is better to rent an apartment? Which neighborhood is recommended? What school options are there and what are the costs? If you have no prepared questions or concrete topics and you just want to receive general information - with pleasure.
- Children? We recommend being open with the children and telling them that you are looking into the possibility of moving to Bulgaria. Invite them to participate in the online meeting to allay their concerns and make them an important and central part of the process.
- It is important for us to emphasize: we do not have a 'magic wand'. We have been asked in the past to provide information that we were also surprised by. We will try to help you as much as we can. It is not certain that we will be able to answer all your questions during the online meeting, but for what we cannot answer, we will try to find an answer as soon as possible and send you an answer.
- Arriving to Bulgaria: Before you arrive in Bulgaria and as the date of your arrival approaches, you'll probably have 'butterflies in your stomach'. Don't worry, that's what we're here for! As soon as we work together, we'll be able to help you prepare the required documents ahead of time, we will help you know what to expect, we will answer your questions and allay your concerns as much as possible.
- Please note that the preparation of the relocation process to Bulgaria starts already in your country and also includes a kind of mental preparation to deal with bureaucracy, financial difficulties, a language barrier, a cultural barrier, distance from the family, basic daily conduct (especially if there is strict adherence to veganism / gluten-free / kosher, etc.).
- We will help you plan the right timing during the year to carry out the relocation to Bulgaria.
- We will assist you in planning in advance regarding residence and work: mapping the living area in terms of government institutions, educational institutions, private transportation and public transportation, shops, recreation areas, schools, hospitals, etc.
- We will assist you in planning your finances as well as financial planning in Bulgaria.
- We will guide you and help prepare your medical file according to specifications. Also, we will guide you in choosing a health system and emergency and routine medical treatments.
- If you have animals - we will guide you through the process required to bring them to Bulgaria.
- If you consider coming to visit Bulgaria before the relocation, we will equip you with a list of tasks that you should do during your visit to the country. We can meet you and start with a tour to get to know the city to which the relocation is taking place: transportation, supermarkets and convenience stores, parks, places of entertainment, pharmacies, nutritional requirements, expats' community, etc.
- Should you need assistance in any other language than English, do tell us, we work in liaison with a wide variety of professional translators.
- It is recommended to learn Bulgarian (at least the basics) before the relocation. If you are interested, we will be happy to help you with appropriate guidance for learning the language before your relocation.
- In Bulgaria: In Bulgaria we will assist you in finding accommodation for short-term / long-term rent, or purchase - through local real estate agencies. If you are interested in purchasing real estate, we will assist you in working with local government offices and reputable real estate agencies.
- We will guide you and assist you in opening a bank account. From opening bank accounts to currency exchange and money transfers, we will assist you in planning a sound and efficient financial strategy for your new life in Bulgaria.
- We will provide you with assistance and guidance for suitable workplaces. Thanks to our extensive network of contacts in Bulgaria, we can help you find a job in your field of expertise in your area of residence. We can also provide you with assistance and guidance to workplaces which require non Bulgarian language.
- Lichna - issuing a local residency certificate. Please note that there is a difference in the Lichna process between European passport holders and non-European passport holderss.
